Genesis Aerial Exploration shall coordinate air transportation with the ideal service provider to offer a unique experience to further relationships, participate in strategy, witness technical controls, and showcase results. This is also an opportunity to maintain a relationship between management and field personnel, connecting the boardroom to the project.

Medivac

Prioritizing Personnel Safety

Medivac programs are developed to address all requirements in collaboration with area experts to achieve a comprehensive field operational safety program including removing sick or injured personnel from any region and ensuring swift transport to an accredited medical facility.   

Medivac transfers include air support, all necessary medical personnel and equipment, all managed under strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Your Medivac air charters are fitted with a medical suite. Services include not only care in the air but also the coordination and completion of ground transportation from the aircraft to a medical facility.  

Mobilization & Demobilization

Efficient & Cost Effective

Our partners provide services to support the mobilization and demobilization of project sites, offices, personnel and accommodation camps, amenities, and related infrastructure. This can include site set-up, building installation and tear down, connection and disconnection of services, site rehabilitation and environmental disposal processes, as well as other site necessities.

Once the project’s requirements are defined our team shall source qualified service providers to submit several potential options, with a view towards securing the most optimal and cost-effective solutions.

With extensive experience and an established safety record in remote project environments, the aim is to ensure efficiency in order to mitigate disruptions and staying on schedule with consideration to both the project and personnel providing flexible booking options, and real-time, 24-hour access to qualified flight coordinators.

Project Support

Prioritizing Health & Safety Programs

Genesis Aerial Exploration has a strong focus on prioritizing Health & Safety programs. In collaboration with our qualified partners and discussions with each client results in the design of tailored safety programs, designed to address any location, environment, and operational circumstances. The team at Genesis aerial Exploration shall consult and engage the best available medical professionals for the project and hazard assessment of potential emergencies.

The program will implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all field team members, including ground and air personnel.  Procedures include the best available medical facilities with an effective chain of command and communications.

Airborne Geophysical Support

Data Quality Assurance

The data acquisition is dependent upon flying the airborne survey at the optimum speed, elevation, and the ability to provide consistent coverage over all terrains. Detailed planning goes into each geophysical survey, independent of the type of data that is being recorded.

Each pilot is selected upon both the understanding of the geophysical tool and the specific terrain. Priority is always given to safety and the decision to fly remains with each pilot. Each aircraft provider shall have a detailed audit completed prior to being utilized.  

Safety Due Diligence

Consistent Protocol

Prior to engaging the services of an aircraft an audit is undertaken of the aviation service provider. The process includes, and is not limited, to a review of both safety and mechanical records. Discussions are conducted with the pilot, management, maintenance, and peers.

Where warranted, an in-person inspection of the aircraft, facilities and maintenance records are completed and documented. The safety of all personnel and equipment is our primary objective.
